• Do you have an idea that you would like some PTO funds to help support? If so, please fill out and submit our TEACHER GRANT FORM.
• If you are planning a field trip and would like to utilize PTO funds to help offset the cost, please fill out and return our FIELD TRIP REQUEST FORM. 

Families are also always looking for little ways to say 'Thank You' for all you do. Please consider filling out the TEACHERS FAVORITES FORM at the beginning of each school year to have your favorites included in the yearly list we publish for families.

DID YOU KNOW...

The SMPTO starts off each school year by providing all teachers a $50 grant from fundraising funds to help stock their classrooms with essentials, celebrates our teachers each year during back to school by providing a luncheon during move-in week, and to honor and thank our teachers during teacher appreciation week each year. You do so much to support our families, we want to do our best to support you!
